my eyes will miss this never-failing view

this backyard has been so good to me.

1 week and 6 days

that is the amount of time i have to enjoy the life i've always known.  the life that i am comfortable with.  the life that i am good at.  once i leave, that life will no longer remain.  i wish i could press pause; put this life on hold until i return.  i'm leaving familiarity, diving into unfamiliarity, and eventually coming back to a (more than likely) unrecognizable home.  let go, let God.  right?

on a positive note, i'm going to have a frickin' awesome and unforgettable adventure :D
